Who I am

My journey into yoga began as a search for balance and after years of weightlifting built my physical strength, I felt called to explore practices that could also support my spirit. Yoga opened the door, and what began with movement soon led me into deeper realms of meditation, mindfulness, and vibrational healing.

Music has been woven into my life for as long as I can remember, ever since I was a child picking up different instruments, guided by curiosity. Growing up, I played drums, guitar, and piano.

When I stepped into the world of sound baths and vibrational healing, it didn’t feel like a discovery but a remembering of something instinctive and intuitive. Sound became less about structure and more about connection, a language that spoke directly to my soul.

Today, I share these practices as both a 200- hour yoga instructor and 200-hour sound bath meditation guide; creating space for others to reconnect with their breath, their bodies, and their own inner resonance.

Rooted in a deep love for anatomy, energetic flow, and the mind-body connection, I’m passionate about guiding others through practices that gently awaken presence, restore balance, and invite a moment of serenity within.
